Code of Conduct: Harassment at Work

Under Law no. 73/2017 (Lei n.º 73/2017) of 16 August, which strengthened the legal framework for preventing moral and sexual harassment at work, Amigos dos Pequeninos has adopted this Code of Conduct, approved in July 2024. The document applies to the members of the governing bodies and to all staff. It defines what is meant by harassment, sets out the duties of prevention and the channels for reporting situations, and guarantees protection for those who report.
