As an employee, you can anonymously report situations or suspicions.

 

On this page, you can submit information about reprehensible situations or report actions that are unethical, illegal or violate internal policies. The scheme should be used to reveal situations that would not otherwise be revealed.

 

HR-related situations cannot be reported on this system, but should instead be discussed with the direct supervisor, director or HR.

 

Complaints can be made confidentially, giving your name and contact details or, if you wish, 100% anonymously.

All inquiries are treated confidentially and securely. 

 

On this page, you can safely make a new report or follow up on a report you have already made. Tracking your reports can be relevant for several reasons:

1) You may want to check the status of your complaint to see if any action is being taken. 

2) You may wish to provide additional information regarding your complaint. 

3) The system administrators have asked you for additional information to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action.
