Enrol your child in one of our services

Amigos dos Pequeninos accepts applications for the Nursery (Creche), Pre-school and after-school centre (C.A.T.L.). The process is simple and you can start it online on our platform. Please note that the enrolment platform is in Portuguese.

Re-enrolment

Re-enrolment is open for children in the Parque P1A, P1B and P1C rooms. To re-enrol, select the relevant service and then “Renovação” (renewal) on the form.

Conditional applications: 5-year-olds

New conditional applications are open for 5-year-old children. Select “Pré-Escolar” (pre-school) and then the appropriate type of application on the form.

Which service should I enrol my child in?

When you fill in the application, choose the service that matches your child's age.

Nursery (Creche)

4 months to 3 years

A warm and safe environment for the first years of life, with learning activities adapted to each child's development.

Pre-school (Pré-Escolar)

3 to 6 years

High-quality pre-school education that nurtures curiosity and creativity and prepares children for primary school.

After-school centre (C.A.T.L.)

6 to 12 years

A leisure-time activity centre offering homework support and play, sports and arts activities after school and during the holidays.

How enrolment works, step by step

Fill in the Online Form

Go to our platform and enter the details of the child and of the parent or guardian.

Upload the Documents

Upload the required documents directly on the platform (optional: you can also hand them in at our office).

Wait for Validation

Our team reviews the application and will contact you about the next steps.

Enrolment Confirmed

Once your child is admitted, you will receive an email with your login details for the parents' platform.

Which documents do I need to provide?

Please have the following documents ready to upload on the platform or to hand in at our office.

  • Citizen Card (Cartão de Cidadão) of the child and of the parents/guardians
  • Parents' Tax Identification Number (NIF)
  • Up-to-date digital vaccination record
  • Medical certificate confirming the child is fit to attend
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of household income
  • Income tax (IRS) return or tax assessment notice
  • Child benefit bracket (escalão de abono de família) from Social Security (Segurança Social)
  • Last 3 payslips
  • Property summary (resumo predial) for both parents, from the Tax Portal (Portal das Finanças)

An application can only be considered once all the required documents have been submitted.

Uploading documents on the online form is optional. You can also hand them in at our office.
