Amigos dos Pequeninos, efficient and sustainable
A project supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan

Amigos dos Pequeninos is making its premises more efficient and sustainable. This project, supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan, funds the energy renovation of the building, cutting energy use and the emissions linked to its day-to-day operation, and increasing the production of renewable energy for self-consumption.
The work represents an eligible investment of 198 680,00 €, with a non-repayable grant of 139 076,00 €, which corresponds to a support rate of 70%. Funding is provided by the PRR, through the Fundo Ambiental (Environmental Fund), with the support of the European Union through NextGenerationEU.
By investing in energy efficiency, the institution reduces its environmental footprint and makes the premises where it welcomes children and families from the community every day more sustainable.
